With 68 employees, truck and van servicing is the largest department
in the TBF Thompson Group. DAF trained technicians and
fully equipped workshops, complete with the latest diagnostic
technology,
ensure the work on your truck or van is both professional
and efficient. Our workshop staff are versatile in the range
of
vehicles they can repair –trucks, trailers, concrete
mixers, off loaders, tippers, buses, refuse vehicles, skip
lorries, road
sweepers etc.
Our three workshops are strategically situated in Northern Ireland
.
Mallusk on the edge of Belfast on the M2 Motorway
Garvagh 10 miles South of Coleraine on the A29 covering the North
of the province
Portadown, off the M1 Motorway
in Cairn Industrial Estate, covering the South and South-West
of the
province.
Our total floor area is 29,000 square
feet (9,000 square metres) with adequate outside
parking areas
for trucks and trailers.
Each workshop is equipped with the latest
version of Siemens VDO tachograph calibration, pits
and four post lifts. At Mallusk
we have an additional Zone 1 workshop
for carrying out repairs and servicing on fuel tankers.
